1. Bodykits/Spoilers
Buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. Due to the fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass chips or urethane. Cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass or urethane parts. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines,
www.evomotorsports.net is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgement (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all bodykits/spoilers/fenders may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because many of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respective countries of origin, www.evomotorsports.net is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts. Bodykits require some prep work before painting and professional body shop installation is highly recommended.

Body kits are sold "AS IS" and it is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. www.evomotorsports.net recommends that the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and know all the procedures, of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass body kits.

2. Fiberglass / Carbon Hoods
Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods or hoods in general that are sold by
www.evomotorsports.net are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets.Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, www.evomotorsports.net is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgement (cracking or breaking your parts). We strongly recommend Hood Pins for safety reinforcement. Buyer Understands all Hoods are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Hoods may require some prep work and modifications before painting and installation - professional body shop installation is highly recommended.

3. Conditions Of Sale
All Sales are final and all products sold by
www.evomotorsports.net are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company.

4. Shipping Damage
Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier.
www.evomotorsports.net under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

5. Cancellations / Returns
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. All other returns must be approved by Sense prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US, and must have an valid RMA number. All authorized returns must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from
www.evomotorsports.net will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither www.evomotorsports.net nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to www.evomotorsports.net. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, www.evomotorsports.net will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.
